Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

I am a veteran sports dietitian, former college athlete, mom to twin boys, wife, and true foodie at heart. I’m passionate about helping clients reach their goals by combining the principles of sports nutrition and intuitive eating, while ultimately following their own bliss. I draw on the experience and wisdom I have gained while running a collegiate sports nutrition program for nearly a decade. My practice is weight inclusive- which means I prioritize behaviors and relationship to food over weight and numbers.

Eating shouldn’t be restrictive or stressful. It’s time to find joy in eating again, create head space for other important things in your life, and do it all without compromising your health or performance. I look forward to working with you!

I am looking for guidance to improve my athletic performance.

I want to learn how to fuel for performance as I train for a race or other competition.

I am ready to prioritize my health and well-being over weight and numbers.

I am an athlete with an injury history or performance concerns.

I am a retired athlete who is looking for more intuitive and less prescriptive advice as I navigate this new chapter of my life.
